It’s a Fact......
The video program includes details on what victims of domestic violence can expect when utilizing the courts to obtain a protective order, temporary restraining order or divorce. The goal of the program is to educate victims of family violence about their legal rights.
The video was produced by the Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA), a department of the State Bar of Texas, and made possible by a grant from the Texas Bar Foundation.
