Andy Magee from Hill Country CARES (left) is accepting a $500 check from Sue Steele of Bank of the Hills-A Sterling Bank. Sterling Bank is pleased to award Hill Country CARES with this check as one of their Employee Directed Grants. Their bankers who contribute at least fifty volunteer hours in their communities have the opportunity to designate a $500 grant in their honor to a qualifying charitable organization. Sue Steele is a valued Sterling Bank volunteer, and it is with great pleasure that Sue presented this check to Hill Country CARES. Hill Country CARES mission is to promote healthy individuals, healthy families and healthy communities by providing prevention, intervention and recovery services for domestic violence, sexual assault, abuse and neglect, chronic illnesses, and self-destructive behaviors.
